• Bad credit? We work with all types of credit. Our Home Ownership programs may be perfect you.
• You have found a RTO home you want, now what? A $500 refundable deposit will hold that home. Our homes move quickly and if you are the first to make the deposit on a particular home, we will work exclusively with you to get you moved in. If you change your mind prior to signing the paperwork, the deposit is refundable.
• How much of a down payment is required to move in? We can usually get you into a home for as much as it costs to rent.
• How long does it take for me to get into a home if I qualify? If the home is ready for occupancy and you qualify for one of our programs, then it is just a matter of filling our the paperwork, paying the deposit, and your in.
• How is my deposit used? Any deposit you make on owning one of our homes goes 100% toward the purchase price of that home.
