You can pull the information from the MLS, including lock box codes, and show our properties freely.   You can also visit our website for faster updates of available properties.  Of course we gladly pay your deserved commission even if your buyer picks a house not yet on MLS.

We do market our homes from our office on16th Street North in St. Petersburg. Our program is one in which we attract buyers by helping pay the buyers closing costs. This option is not always available for realtor represented buyers.  There has to be enough room to pay the commission and help with the buyers closing costs.  If you think we can get a high enough appraisal, mark up the price to include any closing costs above our asking price.
